Who We Are
We’re good. And we know what historically has worked for other law firms. We’ve received years of specialized training and experience at top national law firms. But it was time for a change.
Our founder, Michael Horten launched HortenCC in 2000 to satisfy the growing demand for high-quality legal services at reasonable rates. He spent almost 30 years with large law firms such as Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Paris, and King & Spalding in Atlanta. The business community had a need for quality legal services at a cost structure that was different from the traditional law firm fee structure. And Michael has delivered.
